Meet Brenna

Brenna M. Spinner is an attorney at The de la Torre Law Office LLC, where she represents clients in federal district court appeals of adverse Social Security Administration disability benefits determinations.

Prior to joining The de la Torre Law Office LLC, Brenna practiced commercial litigation in the District of Columbia and Maryland with Venable LLP – an Am Law top 100 firm. Brenna represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, civil rights issues, public utility company mergers, antitrust matters, student loan debt collection disputes, and cases involving Native American tribal issues, among many others.

Brenna is skilled in drafting legal documents, including complaints, discovery and dispositive motions, and appellate briefs. She has handled cases before state, federal, and administrative tribunals, including second-chairing a contract dispute from summary judgment to a successful appeal to the highest court of Maryland on a case of first impression in the state.
